Mount Pumori expedition at the elevation of 7161 meters lies on the Mahalalangur on Nepal-Tibet border is a pyramid-shaped peak just behind the Kala Patthar at the elevation of 5643 meters. The Literal, meaning of Pumori, is an unmarried daughter or sometimes referred to as “Everest Daughter” in Sherpa language. This expedition is the most suitable expedition for aspiring more technical and high peaks 8000 meters like Everest.
Mount Pumori was successfully first ascended by a German-Swiss expedition in 1964. Despite being 7000-meter Mountains, this peak climb is technically challenging. This expedition offers awe-inspiring photographic outlooks of the Snowy Mountains including Mt. Everest and Mt. Lhotse. The climb to Pumori it fun and reasonably straightforward ad accessible climb and has relatively low danger. The climbing route to the peak via the Standard Route on the South East Ridge requires good and understandable knowledge of alpine climbing. The Base camp set up at the elevation of 5300 meters and then takes us to the other high camp. Camp I at the elevation of 5700 meters, Camp II at the elevation of the 6200 meters and the camp III at the elevation of 6480 meters.
