Broad Peak is considered as one of the easiest 8,000m peaks to climb in Pakistan Mountain at the height of 8,047m. It is located in the Karakoram Range in the North-eastern part of Pakistan. The mountain is situated towards the western part of Baltoro glacier between K2 and Gasherbrum IV. In 1957, the first ascent of Broad Peak was achieved by a small Austrian expedition. Broad Peak is recognized as the 12th highest mountain in the world.
