Naya Kanga Peak climb is the delight climbing peak in the Langtang region and lies at the altitude of 5,844 meters. In addition, known for Ganga La Chuli, the peak offer a close journey to the Tibetan-influenced village with massive lines of biodiversity.
Naya Kanga Peak is close to Kathmandu and we can travel easily. The trail catches a dense forest of rhododendron and Oak. It eventually leads climber to the much rockier and marshy land. The trekking route furnishes Ghoda Tabela and Kyangjin Gompa (3,800m). Additionally, the hike also takes us to Tserko Ri 4984 meters which is a magnificent viewpoint to gorgeous Langtang ranges. The top of the Yala Peak gives access to high mountains like Langtang 7227 meters, Shishapangma 8013 meters, Yala 5500 meters, Dorje Lakpa 6966 meters, and other gigantic mountains. Langtang region is popular for having rich natural beauties that consist of waterfall, glacier, peaks and lush diverseness of flora and fauna like red panda, and snow-leopard. This region also has a rich religion of Buddhists and Hindus. We can find many prayer flags, wheels, monasteries, and Chortens.
Climb to Naya Kanga Peak is a strenuous trek and requires good physical fitness. It is an adventure that helps to experience lesser altitude mountains and later prepare for high range expedition.

Climb the summit of Naya Kanga Peak (5,844 meters).
Day 1: Advent in the Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport.
Our representatives pick you from the airport and guides you to the hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu visit and preparation day.
First of all, we prepare all the necessary tools required for the climb. Then, we visit a few places in Kathmandu city. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Drive to Syabrubesi (1400 m) from capital city. Duration: 7 hours.
We mark ourselves towards Syabrubesi leaving Kathmandu city. Drive to Syabrubesi catches a Trishuli River, a fascinating view of the Mount Manaslu. Beautiful green hills and terraces. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 4: Trek up to Lama Hotel (2470 m). Duration: 6 hours.
Our trek to Lama Hotel passes the trail of green terraces, suspension bridges, and slippery mud. We get a chance to travel through bamboo trees via the landslide area and reach to Lama Hotel, Rimche. In between, we could encounter animals like bears, red pandas, and monkeys. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 5: Trek to Langtang village (3430 m) from Lama Hotel, Rimche. Duration: 6 hours.
We ascend following rhododendron, pine and oaks forests. The trek route has a beautiful vision of snow peaks of Langtang. In the valley, there is domestic animal grazing like cows, yak, horses, and goats. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 6: Trek to Kyangjin Gompa (3730 m) from Langtang village. Duration: 4 hours.
A short and easy trek to Kyangjin Gompa offers a cheese factory and beautiful monastery. Kyangjin is a beautiful valley and last settlement of the Langtang region. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 7: Acclimatization and trek to Tserko Ri (4984 m). Duration: 6 hours.
Acclimatization is the necessary thing to have and do. As a part of the rest day. We hike up to Tserko Ri (4984 m). Sunrise from Tserko Ri is breathtaking and mesmerizing. The height of Tserko Ri offers a panoramic outlook of Langtang (7,227 m), Dorje Lakpa (6966 m), and Shishapagma (8013 m). After completing our exploration, we retrace our trail to Kyanginj Gompa. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 8: Trek to Ngegang Kharka (4430 m) from Kyangjin Gompa.
The trail lines with juniper shrubs and then descend to cross Langtang River. Following the same trails, we make our way to Ngegang. The hike gives us magnificent views Langtang Lirung (7227 m) and the Langtang glacier. We can also find various flora and fauna like red pandas, snow leopards and other species on our way. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 9: Trek to High Camp (4960 m) from Nyangng Kharka. Duration: 4 hours.
We set our foot on steep grounds and rocky ice landscapes to make our way to High Camp. We must be careful while we march. High camp enlists high mountains outlook like Langtang (7227 m), Yala Peak (5500 m), TSerko Ri (4984 m), and so on. Overnight at the tented camp.
Day 10: Climb to the summit of Naya Kanga Peak (5884 m) and back to Nyengang Kharka. Duration: 9 hours.
We leave high before the sunrise and make our way to the summit of Naya Kanga Peak. The path to the summit is steep. However, the trail also gives us a good amount of time with 360 degrees of mountains and luring landscape. After reaching the top of the Naya Kanga Peak, we can see entire Langtang Lirung Massif, Tserko Ri, Yala Peak, Dorje Lakpa, and the glacier. We can have a degree of time in the summit and fall back to Kharka. Overnight at teahouse.
Day 11: Trek to Kyangjin Gompa from Nyengang Kharka. Duration: 4 hours.
A short trek to Kyangjin, the trail descends and reaches suspension bridges with beautiful scenery. We encounter Chhona Lake and then descend to Kyangijn Gompa. The majestic mountains accompany us throughout the trek. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 12: Trek to Rimche (2455 m). Duration: 6 hours
We walk in and between the Sherpa and Tamang village as we mark our day to Rimche. The trail follows throughout the forest of rhododendron and oaks with other wildflowers blooming. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 13: Trek to Thulo Syabru (22210 m) from Rimche. Duration: 5 hours.
The second last of our day and we follow the trail to Thulo Syabru. The trail via Bamboo village and few hot springs takes us to Thul Syabru. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 14: Trek to Thulo Barkhu and drive Kathmandu. Duration: trek- 3 hours and drive-5 hours respectively.
We march on a familiar trail to reach Thulo Barkhu for about 3 hours and then catch a vehicle that drives us all the way to Kathmandu city.
Day 15: leaving Kathmandu city.
We have a farewell program and then lead your way to the Tribhuvan International airport.
