Mr. Phurpu is married with three kids. He has his double master in “community development and social work”. He is the founder and chairperson of “Frontier Treks & Expedition and international director for network and partnership. He has been a guide since 1989 as a license holder and summited same year in Island peak first time and after that other many peaks summited and still doing. He has been well experience professional guide.

He is fully committed and dedicated to lift up high mountain communities socially and economically. He has been assisting high mountain communities in education by starting private school, scholarship, widows’ support, and skills development training, providing health camp and health tools for the health post in Bhotkhola. He also helps cleft lip and palate patients to fix the split cleft outward and palate inward by surgery with the partnership of Kirtipur Hospital because this hospital maintains the world health Organization policies.

He has visited Europe, USA, Canada, Korea, Japan, Philippines, and Southeast Asia Countries. Nevertheless, he comes back to Nepal for his people. He has lived his life purposefully for his communities.
